Smoked Haddock Melt Fishcakes
Indulge in the rich, comforting flavours of our Chive & Parsley Crumb Haddock with Mash. Each portion features tender pieces of smoked and unsmoked wild-caught haddock fillet, paired with smooth mashed potato and a creamy extra mature Cheddar cheese sauce centre. Finished with a golden chive and parsley breadcrumb coating for a deliciously crisp texture.
Cooking instructions
Remove all packaging. Place on a preheated baking tray in the centre of oven. (Time 30 mins, Oven: 200C) For fan assisted ovens reduce the temperature to 170C and cook for approximately 15 minutes. Turn halfway through/ cook until golden brown Store Frozen below -18C. Once defrosted do not re-freeze Usage Instructions: Raw Product. Cook thoroughly before serving 140g per fishcake
