Home Deliveries to your door - how does it work?

Your order will be dispatched in a sealed insulated bag and recycled box accompanied by dry ice and gel packs for all your frozen products.

You will receive an email or text message letting you know when your parcel will be delivered. Please make sure you are able to accept your parcel as the contents are Frozen and perishable.

If you are not in at the time of your delivery then you will need to make arrangements for the parcel to be left in a safe place by the courier. All items must be delivered on the time and date specified.

Frozen food must be placed in your freezer as soon as it arrives unless you are consuming the product that day.

We guarantee your parcel and will refund any monies lost due to missing parcels.

We will not refund if you are not able to accept your parcel or have it delivered to a safe place.

When will I get my seafood?

Our web site is open 24 hours a day to take your order. Conformation of date and time will be sent by E-mail or text message.

Orders are delivered on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Local orders in the Grimsby area will be delivered on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

More dates will become available in time.

What will it cost?

We offer free delivery on orders over £25 in the Grimsby Area.

All other orders out side the Grimsby area must spend over £45 for Free Delivery.

Orders of a lesser value attract a delivery charge.

A minimum spend of £25 applies to all orders on our website.
