Home Deliveries to your door - how does it work?

Your order will be dispatched in a sealed insulated bag and recycled box accompanied by dry ice and gel packs for all your frozen products.

You will receive an email or text message letting you know when your parcel will be delivered. Please make sure you are able to accept your parcel as the contents are Frozen and perishable.

Make sure you are in for your package arriving as it has to be delivered on the delivery day you chose as it is frozen goods. The delivery company will leave it outside your address or at your neighbours if you are not in. It is your responsibility to be in for you package arriving and no refund can be given if the package has arrived but you were not it.

Frozen food must be placed in your freezer as soon as it arrives unless you are consuming the product that day.

We guarantee your parcel will be delivered and will refund any monies lost due to missing parcels.

We will not refund if you are not able to accept your parcel or have it delivered to a safe place.


When will I get my seafood?


Our web site is open 24 hours a day to take your order. Conformation of date and time will be sent by E-mail or text message.

Orders are delivered on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Next Day Delivery applies when the order has been placed before 10am the day before.

Next day delivery can not be delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

 

What will it cost?


We offer free delivery on orders over £25 in the Grimsby Area.

All other orders out side the Grimsby area must spend over £45 for Free Delivery.

Orders of a lesser value attract a delivery charge.

A minimum spend of £25 applies to all orders on our website.
