Home Deliveries to your door - how does it work?
Your order will be carefully packaged in a sealed insulated bag and recycled box, along with dry ice and gel packs to maintain the frozen state of your products.
You'll receive an email or text message notification informing you of the scheduled delivery time for your parcel. Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery, as the contents are frozen and perishable.
It's important to be present for the delivery on the chosen delivery day since the items are frozen goods. If you're unavailable, the delivery company may leave the parcel outside your address or with a neighbor. It's your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package, and no refunds can be issued if the package arrives but you're not present.
Upon arrival, frozen food should be promptly placed in your freezer unless it's intended for immediate consumption.
We guarantee the delivery of your parcel and will refund any lost funds due to missing parcels.
However, we cannot issue refunds if you're unable to accept the delivery or if you've requested it to be delivered to a secure location.
When will I get my seafood?
Our website operates round the clock, ready to receive your orders. Confirmation of the date and time will be dispatched via email or text message.
Deliveries are scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 10 am the day before.
Please note that Next Day Delivery is unavailable on Saturdays, Sundays, or Mondays.
What will delivery cost?
We provide complimentary delivery for orders within the Grimsby Area.
For orders outside the Grimsby area, the following rates apply:
- Selected Day With Tracking: £9.99
- Selected Day Before 12 am With Tracking: £14.99
- Northern Ireland Selected Day With Tracking: £19.50
If your order exceeds £59, you qualify for free Selected Day With Tracking delivery. except Northern Ireland, Isle of man and Isle of White.
