Skinless boneless cod fillets in a white wine, lemon & tarragon sauce, topped with a light tarragon breadcrumb topping.

Cooking From Frozen:

Cook from Frozen: For best results cook from frozen. Remove box and film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of an oven pre-heated to 190°C/Fan170°C/Gas Mark. Cook for 35 - 40 minutes.

Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Storage From Frozen:

Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.
