Ingredients: Mussels In their natural juices (Mytilus edulis) (Mollusc) (100%)
Allergens: Highlighted in bold(Mollusc),
Cooking Instructions: Remove all packaging before cooking.
Conventional Heating: (saucepan) Pour the contents of the pouch into saucepan and cover. Cook on full heat for 6-8 minutes shaking the pan from time to time until mussels open.
Microwave Heating: Empty contents into a microwavable bowl. Cover and cook for 3 minutes (800W). Remove the cover and cook for a further 2 mins (800W).
DISCARD ANY MUSSELS WHICH DO NOT OPEN.
