Whole Atlantic Prawns 90/120 Easy to peel cooked prawns. They are individually frozen so you can use as many or as little as you require. There will be some prawns with discoloured heads, do not worry this is perfectly normal and these are just as tasty once peeled. Frozen at Sea Process: Sort and wash: Prawns are sorted and washed with seawater Cook: Prawns are boiled or cooked on the boat Freeze: Prawns are frozen using a plate freezer or by soaking them in a cold brine Glaze: A thin layer of ice water is applied to each prawn to prevent freezer burn and drying out.
